- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆JUST LOST A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER! Called and asked a few basic questions to make sure I would have everything I needed and the guy was rude as crap! Asked if he was having a bad day and he said he'd just got off the line dealing with something...AS IF THAT JUSTIFIES HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
